Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Ensure all quality policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented, updated, and effectively communicated across the production floor and relevant departments.

Plan and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the QMS, customer standards, and internal requirements.

Host and facilitate external audits by customers, certification bodies (e.g., for ISO), and other third parties.

Prepare and submit detailed quality reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports, and management review presentations.

Lead root cause analysis for major quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.

Train and coach quality and production staff on QMS principles, quality standards, and best practices.

Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives for quality improvement.

Liaise with merchandising and production teams to understand and implement specific customer quality requirements.

Maintain all QMS-related documentation and records systematically.
