We are urgently hiring an experienced Fashion Designer & Product Developer for VITTORIO LUSSO’s female clothing brand Kashmira.

Fashion Designer & Product Developer – Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design commercially viable women's apparel collections aligned with Kashmira's brand identity, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Research fashion trends and develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, tech packs, and specification sheets.
• Select appropriate fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, trims, accessories, and finishing details for each collection.
• Calculate fabric consumption and support product costing, material planning, and production feasibility.
• Coordinate with sourcing, pattern making, sampling, merchandising, and production teams throughout the product development process.
• Supervise sample development, fittings, revisions, and final sample approvals to ensure excellent fit, quality, and functionality.
• Ensure all designs are commercially viable, production-friendly, cost-effective, and meet Kashmira's quality standards.
• Prepare technical artwork, measurement charts, construction details, and production guidelines for manufacturing.
• Monitor product development timelines to ensure collections are completed according to the production schedule.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate design files, tech packs, seasonal collections, sample records, and product documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
