We are urgently hiring an experienced Fashion Designer for VITTORIO LUSSO’s female clothing brand Kashmira.

Fashion Designer – Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design commercially viable women`s apparel collections aligned with Kashmira`s brand identity and market trends.

• Research fashion trends and develop seasonal concepts, sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets.

• Select fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories suitable for each collection.

• Prepare fabric consumption and support product costing and material planning.

• Coordinate with pattern makers, sample, sourcing, and production teams to ensure accurate product development.

• Supervise sample development, fittings, corrections, and final sample approvals.

• Ensure designs are production-friendly, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.

• Prepare technical artwork and production guidelines for prints, embroidery, and garment construction.

• Maintain design records, seasonal collections, and product documentation.

• Perform market research and contribute innovative ideas for new product development.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
