Job Description
Review garment samples for fit, construction, workmanship, and measurements.
Prepare and verify technical comments on fit, PP, size set, and shipment samples.
Ensure garments meet buyer specifications, measurement charts, and quality standards.
Communicate technical comments and corrective actions to factories.
Work closely with Merchandising, QA, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
Follow up on pattern corrections, grading, and garment construction improvements.
Monitor production to ensure approved standards are maintained.
Identify potential technical risks and provide practical solutions before production.
Attend fit sessions and prepare detailed fit reports.
Ensure timely approval of samples to meet shipment deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Garments / Textile / RMG.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
