Project Overview: The role is part of the Sustainable Solutions and Protection for the Rohingya Refugee Community in Camps, funded by UNHCR. The project aims to provide comprehensive support to GBV survivors, ensuring a survivor-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement GBV case management services, ensuring informed consent is obtained before initiating services.

• Receive, classify, and register cases following standard operating procedures.

• Conduct initial assessments to ensure survivors’ immediate safety and access to services while respecting their dignity and confidentiality.

• Facilitate ethical and appropriate referrals for survivors to internal and external services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case files and records.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for survivors.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Embed feminist leadership principles and anti-racism practices within the organization.

Communication and Reporting:

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of case management activities.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
