We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead our Greenfield Factory Project from concept to commercial production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete project setup, Machinery imports, implementation, commissioning, and operational management of the manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete planning, development, implementation, and operational management of the Food & Beverage manufacturing factory.

Factory Planning & Setup

• Develop the complete factory setup roadmap.
• Prepare factory layout and production workflow.
• Design production line and utility layout.
• Plan warehouse, raw material storage, finished goods warehouse and logistics.
• Prepare factory implementation timeline.

Machinery & Equipment

• Identify required machinery and equipment.
• Select machine specifications and production capacity.
• Source machinery from China or other suitable countries.
• Coordinate machinery procurement, import, installation and commissioning.
• Supervise trial production and machine performance.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure all legal and regulatory approvals.

Production Development

• Develop product manufacturing process.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Cost optimization.
• Product quality assurance.
• Food safety implementation.

Procurement & Supply Chain

• Develop supplier networks.
• Source raw materials.
• Source packaging materials.
• Manage machinery spare parts procurement.
• Import coordination and vendor management.

Commercial Production

• Lead the factory from installation to:
