Job Summary

The Incharge – Factory Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall factory operations of the mango pulp processing plant. The incumbent will ensure efficient production, quality control, food safety compliance, workforce management, inventory control, maintenance activities, and achievement of production targets while maintaining operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations to ensure efficient mango pulp production and achievement of production targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Manage plant maintenance activities to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to support uninterrupted operations.
• Lead and develop factory personnel, ensuring productivity, discipline, and a safe work environment.
• Supervise factory HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, attendance, leave management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and statutory compliance.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental compliance across all factory activities.
• Analyze operational performance, prepare management reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
