We are 100% export-oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic General Manager - Merchandising & Marketing to lead the Sweater Merchandising & Marketing Department of a Sweater Factory.

Job location will be Ashulia, Savar.

• Team Player and Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.

• Search and develop business with existing and new buyers.

• Meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.

• Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, and lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

• Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / delivery / shipment.

• Proper execution of orders according to the planned `Time and Action Plan` on a regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.

• Performing any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
