Job Context:

We are looking for a General Manager for our hotel who would lead our team, provide the best service, and be responsible for managing the implementation of the hotel and achieving budget top line revenue for the hotel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, including Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Finance.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor hotel performance and achieve occupancy, revenue, and profit targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and staff members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel agents, and stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the hotel in the local community and business network.
