The ideal candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, quick troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maintain high production efficiency and product quality.

Job Responsibilities.

• Install, set up, and operate Injection Moulding Machines efficiently.

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and resolve breakdowns quickly.

• Perform routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machines.

• Adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality.

• Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance planning.

• Support production team during machine changeover and mould setting.

• Maintain proper maintenance records and report major technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and factory standards.
