Teach Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ).

Conduct classes on welding defects, inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality assurance procedures.

Deliver awareness training on NDT methods including VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT.

Prepare lesson plans, examination papers, training materials, and technical presentations.

Evaluate trainee performance through written examinations and technical assessments.

Maintain academic records and training documentation.
