Lead and manage all operational, technical, and administrative activities of the Welding Section.

Develop, implement, and monitor training schedules in accordance with industry standards and organizational requirements.

Supervise instructors, workshop personnel, and support staff to ensure effective training delivery.

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Quality Management System (QMS), and workshop regulations.

Monitor workshop utilization, machine maintenance, welding consumables, and inventory control.

Coordinate internal and external assessments, trade tests, and certification activities.

Maintain training documentation, operational reports, attendance records, and performance evaluations.

Liaise with management, clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities regarding welding operations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality and workshop performance.

Ensure compliance with AWS, ASME, API, ISO, and other applicable international standards where required.
