Job Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and common application problems.

• Assist in basic network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Support the maintenance of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

• Assist in maintaining CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices.

• Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.

• Assist in server monitoring, data backup, and recovery activities.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and update related documentation.

• Record and resolve IT support tickets within the assigned timeline.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.

• Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
