To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a proactive, technically competent, and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure across the Corporate Office and restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, POS terminals, networking infrastructure, CCTV surveillance, servers, internet connectivity, and IT security while ensuring uninterrupted business operations through prompt technical support and preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support to corporate office and restaurant users.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, kitchen printers, biometric attendance devices, IP phones, and other IT peripherals.

• Ensure smooth operation of Restaurant POS (Point of Sale) systems and coordinate with software vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, antivirus software, and other business software.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, email, and application-related problems efficiently.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, managed switches, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity.

• Monitor network performance and ensure maximum system availability across all business locations.

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR devices, access control systems, and biometric attendance systems.

• Support digital menu boards, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), payment terminals, online ordering platforms, and delivery management systems.

• Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, warranty records, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Ensure proper implementation of cybersecurity measures, antivirus protection, endpoint security, and data confidentiality.

• Monitor servers, storage devices, backup systems, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
