Job Description
Assist in managing daily IT operations and technical support activities.
Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and computer systems.
Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.
Support ERP, email systems, and business applications.
Implement IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Job Requirements
- Having Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering degree is a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
