We are looking for dynamic, sincere, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Legal Department as Legal Executive / Junior Legal Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for legal documentation, VAT & Tax-related documentation, compliance support, and maintaining company records and legal files.

L.L.B / Honors/Degree

Experience Requirements :

1 to 4 years Experience in Legal Department, Consulting Firm, VAT & Tax Consultancy Firm, Corporate Office, or Documentation-related work will be considered an advantage.

Fresh graduates may apply for Junior Legal Executive positions.

Additional Requirements :

• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet browsing
• Knowledge of VAT, Tax, and legal documentation procedures
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and organize legal, VAT, and Tax-related documents
• VAT and Tax documentation, filing, and record keeping, Draft official letters, notices, agreements, and correspondence, Maintain physical and digital records of legal and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and compliance matters
• Follow up on legal, VAT, and Tax-related documentation requirements
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records
• Support the Legal Department in administrative and documentation activities
