Job Purpose

The Manager, Legal will lead and manage the legal function of the organization, ensuring all business operations across the group remain compliant with local laws, corporate regulations, and international standards.

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong expertise in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory affairs, capable of providing high-level legal guidance and managing all legal matters across Shahidas Limited, Beautyology, Beautyology Aesthetic Clinic, Glowee and Shahidas Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Legal Department and manage legal activities across all SBUs.
• Provide expert legal advice to the Managing Director, CEO, and senior management on all strategic and operational matters.
• Conduct legal risk analysis and propose strategic solutions to mitigate potential liabilities.
