Accounts & Reporting

• Record daily accounting transactions in ERP following IFRS and company policies.
• Prepare general ledger, journals, relevant vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor bills, verify GRN/MRR, reconciliation with procurement & store teams.
• Prepare supplier payments, maintain payment schedules, and update aging reports.
• Follow up with buyers, banking team and commercial team for receivables realization.
• Reconcile customers’ statements and coordinate for any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash/bank position, maintain cashbook and bank ledgers.
• Manage credit recovery activities and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
• Assist in raw materials, WIP, FG inventory reconciliation with store & production.
• Monitor the purchases of items and find discrepancies if exist.
• Visit showroom and factory as per job requirement.

Audit Support & Compliance Monitoring

• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents, explanations, and reconciliations.
• Ensure all vouchers are approved by management and recorded in ERP.

VAT Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure issuance and collection of VAT 6.3 and 6.5 documents from all business locations.
• Maintain VAT registers, Mushak forms, and related records for operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak 9.1) as per VAT & SD Act, 2012.
• Stay updated on VAT and Tax rules and support the team in maintaining compliance.
