Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for the All Over Printing (AOP) division.

Identify and generate new business opportunities from local and international apparel buyers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct product presentations and follow up on buyer inquiries to secure new orders.

Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Prepare price quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize orders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and monthly performance updates for management.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.

Participate in buyer meetings, factory visits, and business development activities.
