Manage cold storage operations by ensuring proper temperature, humidity, and storage conditions for imported and local fruits, flowers, spices, agricultural products, medicinal raw materials, and forest products.

Implement inventory management systems, including stock in/out procedures, FIFO/LIFO methods, and record maintenance.

Schedule and supervise routine inspections and maintenance of compressors, condensers, humidifiers, generators, cooling towers, heat exchangers, and other refrigeration equipment.

Optimize energy consumption and minimize cold chain losses.

Supervise workers, technicians, and security personnel.

Ensure compliance with BSTI, BADC, and relevant government regulations regarding food safety and storage.

Maintain high standards of customer service.

Communicate regularly with customers, importers, and wholesalers both within and outside Dhaka according to seasonal business requirements.

Conduct market visits and assist in the collection of outstanding payments.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
