Job Description
Maintain daily accounts of the depot including cash book, bank book, ledger, journal, etc.
Record and verify sales, purchases, stock movement, and expenses accurately in the accounting software.
Ensure daily deposit of sales proceeds to the designated bank account.
Monitor and report stock levels, delivery notes, and inventory reconciliation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial and inventory reports to the Head Office.
Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in depot audits, both internal and external.
Maintain proper filing of all financial documents and vouchers.
Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and Supply Chain for smooth depot operations.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax (TDS), and other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Having Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA ) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- Freshers can apply.
