Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and capability statements for potential projects.

Coordinate with the design team to gather project data, visuals, and technical inputs for marketing materials.

Manage digital marketing platforms, including website, social media, and online portfolios, ensuring consistent brand presence.

Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking events.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest (EOI), tender documents, and prequalification submissions.

Monitor and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and ongoing communications.

Support branding initiatives, including brochures, project sheets, and promotional campaigns.
