Job Description
Buyer Communication: Direct correspondence with international buyers, dealing with comments, and negotiating prices (FOB/CMT).
Sampling & Approvals: Managing sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, and Shipment samples) and tracking lab dips and fabric swatches.
Sourcing & In-housing: Sourcing raw materials (fabric, trims, and accessories) and tracking PIs and payment status.
T&A / Critical Path Management: Preparing and updating Time and Action calendars to ensure orders ship on time.
Production & Quality Follow-up: Coordinating with the production floor, QA, and commercial/documentation departments to ensure compliance and smooth shipment.
Job Requirements
- Having Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Commercial / Supply Chain / Procurement.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
