We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Mobile Application Developer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and building scalable mobile applications that make a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
• Build and maintain reusable, well-structured widgets and modular application architecture.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs into mobile applications.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., GetX, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) to ensure scalable and maintainable app architecture.
• Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across a range of devices and screen sizes.
• Implement offline data storage, caching, and local database solutions (e.g., SQLite, Hive) for seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for mobile app strategy.
• Manage app releases, versioning, and deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Troubleshoot production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks, continuously improving app stability and reliability.
• Take ownership of assigned features from planning and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Utilize modern AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widget lifecycle, layout system, and custom widget development.
• Solid experience with state management frameworks (GetX, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and handling asynchronous data streams.
• Hands-on experience with local storage and database solutions (SQLite, Hive, or similar).
• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development for platform-specific integrations.
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and in-app analytics integration.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar).
• Good knowledge of app performance optimization, memory management, and battery efficiency best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Proficient in using modern AI models, coding assistants, and AI platforms to improve development productivity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across devices, OS versions, and network conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with leadership qualities and the ability to independently drive features from design through deployment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform tools or frameworks beyond Flutter (e.g., React Native) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features, chatbots, or LLM-powered functionality into mobile apps.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config) or similar BaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, telemedicine platforms, or health data standards is a plus.
