Job Overview:

PRAN-RFL Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Cost Accounts to join its Accounts team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in cost accounting by gaining hands-on experience in cost analysis, budgeting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Cost Accounts team to ensure accurate cost data, support operational decision-making, and contribute to efficient cost management across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

• Assist in preparing product costing, cost reports, and financial analyses.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis activities.
• Maintain cost records and assist in inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Analyze production costs and support process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and provide cost-related data for management decision-making.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Procurement teams to collect, verify, and analyze cost-related information.
• Perform other cost accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
