Maintain regular communication with existing corporate customers to strengthen business relationships.

Receive purchase orders from customers and coordinate with the Production, Planning, Commercial, and Logistics departments for timely execution.

Develop new business opportunities and support the expansion of the corporate customer base.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within the approved policy, and follow up until order confirmation.

Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.

Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments.

Conduct customer visits to understand their requirements, collect feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper records of orders, customer communications, complaints, and resolutions.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.

Coordinate with Accounts regarding payment follow-up whenever necessary.

Support marketing activities, product launches, customer meetings, and exhibitions.

Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries through phone, email, and physical visits.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
