Create and maintain new customer accounts (Client ID) in the ERP/SAP system to facilitate project and sales operations.

Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP for project requirements, Local Purchase (LC), and office stationery items.

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth sales support operations.

Monitor and coordinate timely delivery of HVAC equipment and materials to project sites.

Ensure proper issuance of materials from the warehouse through system invoices and delivery challans.

Prepare and process customer invoices, sales orders, and other related system entries accurately and on time.

Prepare project bills, payment claims, and follow up on pending billing activities.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales documents, invoices, PRs, and project-related documentation.

Coordinate with clients regarding billing, documentation, and delivery status to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation as required.

Prepare regular reports on pending PRs, deliveries, billing status, and sales support activities for management review.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, ERP procedures, and internal controls.

Support cross-functional teams in resolving operational issues related to sales administration and project coordination.

Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Perform any other sales support and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
