Manage overall depot operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the Quality Management System (QMS).

Coordinate product distribution to ensure timely delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Supervise depot safety, maintenance, inventory control, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

Oversee daily cash collections, bank deposits, operating expenses & market dues in coordination with the Sales team.

Maintain petty cash, payment vouchers, bills, invoices, and all depot-related financial records.

Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding market dues, and support timely collection and recovery.

Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth depot operations & cross-functional collaboration.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
