Job Description
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day IPD operations.
Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, discharge, and bed management processes.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing services, diagnostic departments, and other support services for seamless patient care.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and accreditation standards.
Handle patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Support departmental quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources within the IPD.
Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is needed.
