Ensure the personal safety and security of the Managing Director during office hours, official travel, meetings, factory visits, and public appearances.

Conduct continuous threat assessments and maintain vigilance regarding potential security risks.

Escort the MD during official movements and events.

Remain prepared to respond promptly to emergencies or security incidents.

Conduct advance security surveys of meeting venues, hotels, factories, event locations, and travel routes.

Identify potential threats and recommend preventive security measures.

Develop contingency and evacuation plans for high-risk situations.

Monitor local security developments that may affect the MD's movement.

Coordinate protocol arrangements for meetings with government officials, foreign delegates, business partners, and VIP guests.

Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies, local administration, airport authorities, and other relevant organizations whenever required.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling and secure execution of official programs.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD's schedule, travel plans, meetings, business discussions, and personal information.

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.

Take immediate action during emergencies, accidents, protests, or security threats.

Coordinate with emergency responders, hospitals, and law enforcement when required.

Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
