The responsible person in this position will be responsible for implementing micro business component as per SOP and other project activities are mentioned below:

• Support the implementation of Micro Business components of the project.
• The Program Officer will be responsible for identifying project beneficiaries according to the guideline of the project.
• The program Officer will conduct livelihood assessment, enterprise selection, need assessment.
• The Program Officer will be responsible for conducting livelihood training and life skill training within community.
• The Program Officer will be responsible for purchasing and transferring asset and follow-up within selected beneficiaries timely.
• Prepare and delivery all type of financial report to team lead/ respective authority timely and prepare assist in different reporting and documentation when needed.
• Collect the beneficiaries’ feedback/case study through interview. Assist in developing communication materials.
• Ensure achievement of targeted project goals.
• The position will prepare monthly work plan and will provide monthly progress report to supervisor. Ensure regular site visit and follow-up according to work-plan.
• Attend various internal and external meeting, seminar, and workshops that relevant to the project.
• Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor or Organization.
