Project Implementation: The Field Facilitator will be responsible for executing the community-level activities of the SIDA Project, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Community Engagement: Engage with grassroots civil society organizations (CSOs), women- and youth-led groups, and community structures to foster inclusive participation and local ownership.

Gender-Responsive Climate Adaptation: Promote gender-responsive climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction (DRR) strategies through a Human Rights–Based Approach (HRBA).

Coordination: Work under the guidance of the Project Officer to coordinate efforts with women’s groups, Community Resilience Organizations (CROs), WYLERGs, CSOs, and local government institutions.

Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project activities and report progress to ensure accountability and transparency.

Capacity Building: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of community members and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance project impact and sustainability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.
