Responsibilities:

• Lead and support community engagement initiatives focused on resilience and climate justice, ensuring alignment with ActionAid Bangladesh's strategic priorities.

• Design and implement programs and policy interventions that contribute to the organization's climate justice strategy.

• Collaborate with the Resilience and Climate Justice team to manage knowledge resources and document evidence-based research initiatives.

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on climate justice issues, providing insights and recommendations for program development.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance community awareness and capacity building in climate resilience.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and community organizations, to advance climate justice objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate the impact of climate justice programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to emerging challenges.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting program achievements and areas for growth.
