About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Director to lead our Real Estate Development Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project development, construction management, and complete project lifecycle execution.

The selected candidate will play a key role in establishing project systems, leading professional teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery with quality, efficiency, and timely completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of real estate development projects.

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from initial concept, feasibility, design coordination, construction execution, and final handover.

• Develop project strategies, schedules, budgets, and implementation plans.

• Manage and coordinate Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Engineers, and Site Teams.

• Review and supervise architectural, structural, MEP, and construction activities.

• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget, timeline, and required quality standards.

• Manage project costing, BOQ, estimation, procurement planning, and cost control.

• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, operational, and management challenges.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with government authorities and approval agencies for necessary project approvals.

• Establish effective project management systems, documentation procedures, and reporting standards.

• Provide strategic technical guidance and recommendations to the management.

• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication between head office, consultants, contractors, and site operations.

• Ensure proper resource planning and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Ensure quality control, inspection procedures, and successful project completion.

• Supervise final inspection, snagging, documentation, and customer handover process.
