Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior construction projects from commencement to final handover.

• Execute projects according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.

• Supervise project engineers, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and skilled workers.

• Monitor daily site activities, work progress, quality, and project timeline.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and management.

• Ensure project completion within the approved budget, quality standards, and deadlines.

• Manage Civil, Interior, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Ceiling, Flooring, Painting, and Finishing works.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.

• Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution at every stage of the project.

• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Interior Construction & Project Execution.

• Ability to read and interpret Architectural & Interior Drawings.

• Excellent Project Planning and Coordination skills.

• Strong Leadership and Team Management capability.

• Excellent Communication and Client Handling skills.

• Good knowledge of BOQ, Estimation, Material Planning, and Site Management.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in an Interior Design & Decoration Company.

• Experience in Hospital, Commercial, Corporate, Office, Residential, or Healthcare Interior Projects will be highly preferred.
