• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Ensure actual products features to customer and open quality standard.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Daily & Monthly customer requirements collect and share to manager with Head Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
