Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Increase product sales across the country through innovative marketing strategies and strong medical prescription generation. Prepare and execute comprehensive yearly sales budgets and effective promotional strategies.

• Travel frequently nationwide to visit doctor fronts and chemist shops to boost brand visibility and prescription rates. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales force utilizing strong managerial and marketing management skills.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and present periodic reports to higher management.

• Highly capable of working hard and delivering results under stressful, high-pressure situations. Self-motivated professional with a proactive problem-solving attitude. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Well-conversant in modern marketing management principles and practices. Must be smart, energetic, well-groomed, and highly organized in work execution.
