Marketing Focus

• Digital Presence & Content: Managing social media platforms, writing case studies, and updating portfolio work or website content to showcase the company`s capabilities.

• Lead Generation Campaigns: Setting up and optimising targeted local or digital ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to attract high-intent prospects.

• Brand Outreach & Networking: Representing the company at industry events, local business meetups, or corporate gatherings to build top-of-funnel awareness.

Sales Focus

• Lead Qualification & Discovery: Promptly responding to inbound inquiries, vetting their budget and project scope, and setting up initial consultation meetings.

• Pitching & Proposal Creation: Translating customer needs into tailored service presentations, cost estimates, and project briefs.

• Negotiation & Closing: Handling pricing objections, finalising terms, and securing the signed contract to officially onboard the client.
