He / She will take the managerial role of the company.

Lead and manage the counselling team to achieve monthly and annual student booking for overseas admission, and along with visa processing.

Provide expert counselling to students regarding study opportunities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.

Possess strong knowledge of UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand student visa processing, university admissions, immigration policies, and application procedures to ensure accurate guidance and successful outcomes.

Supervise the complete student application process, ensuring timely submission of all document’s materials to admission, scholarship, and visa documents.

Monitor counsellors` performance, provide coaching and training, and conduct regular performance evaluations to improve team productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutional partners, and recruitment representatives to expand business opportunities.

Handle complex student cases, resolve escalated issues, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the student journey.

Prepare and analyze admission, and visa performance reports, and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies, university regulations, and immigration requirements while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Manage daily branch operations, coordinate departmental activities, develop business growth strategies, and support senior management in achieving overall organizational objectives.
