Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and support final selection processes.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Employee Engagement & Communication

• Assist in designing and executing employee engagement programs.
• Coordinate employee recognition and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and follow-up actions
