Achieve assigned sales targets for residential and commercial properties.

Generate new sales leads through direct marketing, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.

Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits to identify potential customers.

Meet prospective clients and understand their housing requirements.

Arrange project site visits and present project features, floor plans, pricing, and payment schedules.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Handle customer queries and provide professional sales consultation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client visit plans and sales reports.

Update customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the marketing, legal, accounts, and customer service departments to ensure smooth sales processing.

Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
