Job Description
Coordinate vessel operations, regulatory and stakeholder matters.
Manage crew attendance, leave, overtime, hiring, and other HR matters.
Handle work and personal issues of vessel Masters, Drivers, crew members.
Supervise vessel repair and maintenance activities.
Check supplier invoices, get approvals, and follow up on payments.
Maintain communication with labor unions and external representatives.
Monitor fuel, lubricant, and other operating expenses.
Investigate vessel accidents, prepare reports, and follow-up actions with relevant authorities and departments.
Any relevant task assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Preferred Industry Type are Shipping, Logistics.
- At least 5 years of experience is needed.
