Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a professional advisor to the Senior Management Team of clients, offering guidance on various aspects of the organization’s operations.
• Act as a spokesperson for the organization. Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the company as appropriate.
• Ensure online secure storage of client and other relevant parties’ information, maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
• Support management by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.
• Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies. Identify the source for hiring.
• Maintaining an active and organized data bank of applicants.
• Coordinate the interview with the respective department and if selected, complete all the documentation.
• Updating and maintaining the HR information system data.
• Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics.
• Assist in providing general administrative support to the organization.
• Assist the Chief Consultant in executing daily official activities.
