We are looking for experienced and skillful individuals to provide essential IT support by implementing software in the database management. Major duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• User Support: Act as the first or second point of contact for employee technical issues, resolving problems related to hardware faults, software setups, and network access.

• Technical Deployment: Deploying code packages on customer environments, completing configurations (like IIS, Tomcat, or WebLogic), and database setup.

• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end rollout of software, handling everything from workflow mapping and system configuration to user training and post-launch troubleshooting.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, apply security patches, manage user accounts, and execute daily data backups to ensure business continuity.

• Monitoring & Security: Monitor network activity for anomalies, enforce data protection and security measures, and maintain virus/malware protection across company endpoints.
