Job Description
Maintain accurate books of account and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports and management accounts monthly, quarterly & yearly
Perform bank, vendor and general ledger reconciliations
Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments while maintaining the target DPO
Check and review the Area Office/Pharma Depot bill, vouchers and reimburse the fund accordingly
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, VAT and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with internal-external auditors and provide necessary financial information
Process and review accounting entries in ERP/SAP systems while maintaining data integrity
Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets
Perform any other task assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Having Master of Business Administration in Accounting degree is a plus.
- Preferred Industry Type are Accounting / Auditing.
- Freshers can apply.
