Ensure compliance with the VAT & Tax laws of Bangladesh.

Prepare and submit VAT returns, Tax returns, withholding tax statements, and other statutory reports within the stipulated timeline.

Handle VAT registration, BIN-related matters, and correspondence with NBR and other regulatory authorities.

Maintain VAT and Tax records, documentation, and reconciliation.

Support VAT and Tax audits, assessments, and inspections.

Monitor changes in VAT & Tax regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Procurement, Sales, and other departments regarding VAT & Tax matters.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
