Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and WiFi networks, including routing and switching configurations.

Prepare and update network diagrams (WiFi planning diagrams, LAN topology, routing diagrams) and documentation for all sites.

Configure and manage Zabbix and Nagios for proactive monitoring, alerting, reporting, and capacity analysis.

Troubleshoot network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with ISP and vendors for link provisioning, outage resolution, and performance optimization.

Support network changes (maintenance windows, upgrades, migrations) and follow change management processes.

Ensure adherence to security policies, including access control, segmentation, and regular configuration backups.
