Job Responsibilities:

• Work as a team member to procure goods & replenish stocks on timely manner considering to the compact deadline.

• Analyzing MRF (Material Requisition Form), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders) and following it up till final delivery to the warehouse.

• Establish professionalism and strong rapport with the local vendors to deal with optimum price and timely delivery of goods.

• Keep accurate records of procured data, PO’s, agreements and maintain it with highest confidentiality.

• Excellent negotiation skill to ensure best price without compromising approved quality.

• Sourcing alternative/new suppliers of local Products & market visit time to time.

• Develop purchase plan/procurement strategy based on projection qty. and previous sales data.

• Analyze the movement of stock and help in developing projection to ensure material availability on-time.

• Following up Promotional Offer & related packaging Issues.

• Scrutinize all the bills before submitting those to accounts dept. and ensure timely payment to suppliers.

• Prepare weekly/monthly budget for smooth procurement work.
