As we continue to scale our products and operations, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple cross-functional initiatives. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineering teams and coordinating business priorities with operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technical and operational projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Operations, Customer Success, Business Development, and Leadership teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting.
• Ensure project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and decision logs are maintained accurately.
• Manage project priorities and coordinate resource planning across multiple teams.
• Drive accountability and ownership while fostering collaboration across departments.
• Work closely with technical leads to ensure solutions meet business objectives, scalability, security, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve project management processes, workflows, and team productivity.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, with significant experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid technical understanding of modern software architectures, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and web/mobile application development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience preparing project reports, roadmaps, timelines, and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently from initiation to completion.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience managing healthcare technology, telemedicine, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
• Technical background in software engineering or hands-on development experience.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or managing AI-related initiatives.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications.
