Maintain daily accounting records, including cash, bank, sales, purchases, and expenses.

Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper banking transactions.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.

Ensure proper receiving, issuing, and storage of all goods.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and accounts reports.

Handle Import LC documentation and coordinate with banks, suppliers, and C&F agents.

Prepare and process banking documents, including cheque, deposits, LC, PAD, and related commercial activities.

Maintain proper filing of accounts, store, banking, and commercial documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and government regulations.

Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
